Wheeling 4 Wellness Info

The 1st Annual Wheeling For Wellness Roller Hockey Tournament & Festival for MEN'S Health Awareness Month is quickly approaching! 

Join us for an UNFORGETTABLE weekend of hockey, comradery & conversation while raising money for two incredible charity organizations!

Below you will find everything you need to know about the event!

Dates: November 14 - 16, 2025

Location: Halpatiokee Regional Park - 8303 SW Lost River Rd. Stuart, FL 34997

For Spectators: Free to attend! Delicious Food Trucks, Local Vendors, DJ's, Keynote Speakers, Cornhole, Raffles, Merchandise, Alcohol (21+), great hockey, and more!

Event Times: Friday, November 14: 6pm - 1130pm. Saturday, November 15th: 2pm - 1130pm. Sunday, November 16th: 7am to 8pm

Food Trucks and Refreshments:Labby's Italian Eats & more TBD

For Participants: All of the above plus players only giveaways, and more!

Team Fee: $725 Team Entry Fee. $150 non-refundable deposit due to reserve your spot. Remaining balance due November 7th, 2025 along with full roster. 

Divisions: AA, A/B, Club

Format: 4v4. Teams may roster up to 10 skaters and 2 goalies (12 max). 

• 4 Games Guaranteed
• Two 15 minutes halves with 1 minute intermission. One 30 second timeout permitted per team, per game. No Timeouts in OT. 
• All games may start up to 30 minutes early, excluding the first two games of each day.
• Round Robin Games may end in a tie with each team receiving 1 point. 
• If a playoff game is tied after regulation, there will be a 5 minute 3v3 OT followed by a 3 man shootout. 
• If a Semi Final or Championship game is tied after regulation, there will be continuous overtime periods of 15 minutes each. 
• All Players MUST sign a liability waiver to participate in the tournament. Players under 18 must have a parent/guardian co-signature. 
• Skaters can only play one division. Goalies may play up or down 1 division.
