Below is the interest form for youth through adult players of all skill levels looking to join the Butterhood and travel to tournaments across the country the country and beyond! We aren't only looking for the best players & teammates, but the best people on and off the rink to join our organization and family.

We intend to hold evaluation skates for prospective youth athletes - given enough interest - followed by team practices/scrimmages for youth & adult teams once team selections are made.

South Florida residence is not required but is ideal.

All players will have opportunity to purchase their uniforms. Players, if applicable, are expected to pay their tournament registration fee's and lodging, in advance of the tournament.
